Cancellation Policy: I require 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment or you will need to pay half the regular fee.
I offer three kinds of SHEN Therapy sessions:
Relaxation: An hour long SHEN session receiving flows. This session is exquisitely, profoundly relaxing and rejuvenating. I may include flows that promote grounding and centering. Relaxtion sessions relieve stress, fatigue and jet lag, and can transport you to a heavenly place!
Fee: sliding scale of $75-$95 an hour, $125 or more if I am traveling to you.
Intentional Therapeutic Healing session, also known as the Hero's Journey: A therapeutic session of physio-emotional release work, reaching deeper levels and focusing on specific goals such as pain relief. These sessions generally take about an hour and a half. Each session is personalized to your needs and customized by your history and physiology. How often you come for this type of SHEN session varies. I recommend that if you are working with an acute condition, or having your first SHEN experience, you schedule 3 SHEN sessions close together (within a week to 10 days), than a follow up if needed of once or twice a week for 3 to 8 weeks.
Fee: First session, preceded by paperwork and at least one phone conversation: $125.
Subsequent sessions: sliding scale of $75-$95 an hour, $125 or more if I am traveling to you.
Hero's Journey, Intensive: A personal, private intensive of 8 or more hours of therapeutic SHEN within a short time period such as a 3 day weekend. A SHEN Intensive provides the greatest benefit when you have something intense and/or specific you'd like to relieve in the shortest time possible. A SHEN intensive is an excellent option for those who live too far to commute to my office in San Diego for a weekly session. I recommend, if possible, that you schedule yourself a day or so after your intensive to relax and integrate and do something pleasurable, like enjoying San Diego's famous weather and its attractions, before returning to your usual schedule. There are lovely bed and breakfasts, reasonably priced hotels, a Whole Foods, a Trader Joe's and a wide choice of restaurants close to my office for those arriving from out of town.
Fee: $800, which includes 8 to 10 hours of SHEN Therapy, plus any SOQi bed time and E-power sessions during the intensive. If you have a SHEN Intensive followed by a Reconnection, I offer a special rate of both for $1033, a $100 savings. The Reconnection given by itself (universal fixed fee) is $333.
Add a SOQi treatment: $30 per half hour. First treatment free.
Add an E-Power treatment: $10 per half hour.
